- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations translating foresight into actionable insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive strategy across the organization
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through advanced modeling and horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with demonstrable impact on long-term strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented based on future insights
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
