- Author strategic white papers on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant innovation frameworks
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts for early-warning signals
- Design agile transition strategies for workforce automation and hybrid ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis for tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
