Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their market disruption potential
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
