Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural architectures for next-generation generative AI models.
- Lead a team of senior machine learning engineers to optimize model inference and reduce latency.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with emerging industry standards.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and responsible data governance practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures at scale.
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces or neuro-symbolic AI is a strong plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
