Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term business resilience
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership content and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven trend analysis expertise
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or academic journals
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
