Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting 2026 industry landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategies
