Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging market disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers influencing industry policy and investment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Maintain proprietary future intelligence database
- Represent company at global futurist forums and think tanks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in STEEP (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political) analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
