- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present future impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design organizational foresight methodologies embedded in corporate DNA
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or venture strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, AR/VR) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or published foresight work
