Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-ready technologies into core business models
- Produce high-impact executive briefings on disruptive forces shaping 2026 landscapes
- Design innovation pipelines for sustainable, scalable solutions aligned with 2030 UN SDGs
- Champion ethical AI governance and responsible automation adoption strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite to future-proof organizational capabilities and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or relevant innovation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
