Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, bio-engineering, and climate tech
- Author white papers and thought leadership for Fortune 500 boardrooms and global forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term sustainability and societal impact metrics
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA innovation hubs
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 10-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in climate resilience, AI ethics, and sustainable development frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation grants from NSF, DOE, or private foundations
