Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and recommend portfolio adjustments
- Drive sustainable technology integration across product lines
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology transformation projects
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
