Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints using AI-powered foresight tools and human-centered design
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation labs
- Present disruption roadmaps at global forums including World Economic Forum and CES
- Mentor junior futurists while publishing thought leadership in journals like 'Future Studies Review'
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published research on future-of-work or sustainable futures (portfolio required)
- Fluency in futures methodologies like Delphi, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
