Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Develop predictive frameworks using quantitative/qualitative analysis to forecast market disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to future workforce and economic shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2030 readiness
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging ethical and regulatory frameworks
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published research or thought leadership on future-of-work dynamics
