Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDMP, CSTM)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
