Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact through 2030 horizon scanning
- Collaborate with UN Global Compact on international AI policy standards
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and post-human computational ethics
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Ethics & AI Fellowship program
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature Machine Intelligence or top-tier ethics journals
- Expertise in federated learning differential privacy techniques
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and causal inference modeling
- Certification in Responsible AI from Partnership on AI
- Experience with regulatory bodies (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
