Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers disseminated to industry stakeholders
- Curate and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global forums on technology ethics and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused corporate roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive analytics methodologies
