Responsibilities
- Architect and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports predicting disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with CTOs, Chief Sustainability Officers, and government innovation labs
- Develop patent-prediction frameworks for emerging tech domains (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate engineering)
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 boards and international policy forums
- Mentor a global team of futurist researchers using predictive modeling platforms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend-forecasting documents with industry-wide impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and probabilistic modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term tech disruption scenarios
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
