Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities
- Develop quantitative/qualitative models for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership on future business paradigms
- Adv Fortune 500 boards on strategic resilience and adaptation strategies
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with real-time analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business models
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
