Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological convergence points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptors

- Coordinate with R&D to prototype 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist summits (Davos, etc.)
- Mentor next-generation futurist talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trajectories
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or equivalent
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Palantir, Tableau)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
