As a key member of our R&D division, you will lead the charge in integrating cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into our core product suite. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Architect 'Agent-First' workflows to automate complex business processes for 2026 readiness.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput environments using Python and GPU acceleration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, including Multimodal AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles.
