Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships and investments for 2026-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
Qualifications
