- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products/technologies achieving $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in corporate venture capital or startup incubation
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Harvard Business Review)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Java, Go) preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
