Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation leadership with quantum/AI experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in strategic planning with 5+ year foresight frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley R&D ecosystems
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
