Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and pilot MVPs for next-gen products with $10M+ investment potential
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Present executive-level briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with P&L responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record scaling tech-driven initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ disruptive launches or market transformations
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools (Python, Tableau)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and global teams
