Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-ready products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (blockchain, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
