Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, cloud-native microservices architecture aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging trends.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven automation and machine learning pipelines into core legacy systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, implementing advanced caching strategies and load-balancing solutions to handle high concurrency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to deliver robust software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era, such as Edge Computing, Quantum-ready architectures, or Web3 protocols.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
