You will lead a high-performance engineering team in deploying cutting-edge solutions, integrating AI-driven workflows, and ensuring our infrastructure is scalable for the demands of tomorrow.
What you will do:
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the long-term 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum-ready frameworks.
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, security, and high availability.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate strategic goals into technical execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new tech stacks and evaluate third-party integration partners.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of data science principles and AI model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
