Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive roadmap for Agentic AI architectures, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Lead Autonomous Development: Oversee the engineering of multi-agent systems that can autonomously plan, execute, and optimize complex business workflows.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-throughput interactions in real-time.
- Bridge Research and Production: Translate cutting-edge advancements in LLMs and Reinforcement Learning into production-ready features.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI autonomy adheres to safety and ethical standards.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the AI engineering squad.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable AI systems from concept to deployment.
- Strong background in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a 'builder' mentality.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
