Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of novel algorithms in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and inference accuracy to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core business solutions.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor the engineering team on best practices for Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains relevant and competitive in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Infrastructure: Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
