Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and long-term strategic vision.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to drive automation and data insights.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure compatibility with next-generation cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for integration.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, scalability, and performance optimization in a high-growth environment.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems.
