Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and competitive advantages.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning into existing workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) relevant to our industry.
- Oversee the transformation of legacy systems into agile, scalable architectures ready for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with HR to design training programs that prepare our workforce for the skills required in 2026 and beyond.
- Present quarterly vision updates to the Board of Directors and global stakeholders.
- Monitor global regulatory shifts to ensure our 2026 compliance strategy is robust.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related Technical Field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative tech initiatives 3-5 years in advance of market trends.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and futuristic technology stacks.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and strategists.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
