Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and market developments
- Develop strategic frameworks to quantify and mitigate future risks/opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-state strategy and innovation roadmapping
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry futurist networks
- Translate complex future scenarios into implementable business strategies
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
