Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 corporate innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop scenario models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem including startups, universities, and research labs
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential growth patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with scenario planning and risk modeling expertise
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
