Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and market opportunities
- Design and execute scenario planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and executive presentations
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with strategic priorities
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in business, economics, or future studies preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) a plus
