Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces, emerging technologies, and paradigm shifts impacting our industry
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and future-state roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and innovation partners
- Design adaptive organizational strategies to prepare for quantum computing, AI singularity, and biotech convergence
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-focused thinking and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to investors, boards, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state projects with measurable outcomes
