Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Build external partnerships with academic, governmental, and industry foresight networks
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
