Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize codebases to reduce latency and improve resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, backend development, or DevOps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions rapidly.
