Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen product prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Oversee the development of proprietary technology patents and intellectual property
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience presenting at global tech forums (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation circles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
