Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
- Represent the company at global tech forums, publishing whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build and manage an external network of academic, industry, and government innovation partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
