Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Technical Mentoring: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
