Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation framework integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement ethical AI governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental projects with 10-year horizons
- Mentor a team of future-focused researchers and strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
