Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and measure ROI against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 5-year strategic planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of future-focused projects
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
