Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing futuristic prototypes across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic research institutions, and government innovation labs
- Present tech foresight insights to executive leadership and board members, driving data-driven investment decisions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure the commercial viability of future technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and emerging tech assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact (demonstrable case studies required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic planning accreditation
