- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (Nature/Science-level)
- Track record of delivering multi-year tech roadmaps with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technical professionals
