- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead incubation of breakthrough products with $50M+ R&D budget
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Build and mentor elite innovation teams across 5 global R&D centers
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present vision to investors and board members with 95%+ confidence metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2020-2025 innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3.0 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Successful scaling of tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global collaboration
