You'll collaborate with global R&D teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
