- Chair cross-continental innovation summits with Fortune 500 CTOs
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Advise White House OSTP on technology policy frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 15+ years R&D leadership
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in converging tech domains (AI+quantum+synthetic biology)
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA clearances
- Fluency in Mandarin/Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
