Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps covering AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption potential
- Collaborate with academic institutions on patentable innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market impact
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (3+ major innovations)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with portfolio-level technology management
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in future technology foresight methodologies
- Strong public speaking skills for executive-level presentations
