Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with market disruption forecasts
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative tech in cloud infrastructure
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile future-tech methodologies
- Present annual technology foresight reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on 2020s tech trends
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
