Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members, securing $10M+ innovation funding
- Drive patent development with 15+ new IP filings annually
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Author industry-defining white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global partnerships
